Privacy Policy
This policy describes how Fluevera Chimney & Fireplace handles information submitted through this website. It is written to describe what the site actually does rather than to cover every hypothetical.

What the form collects
The inquiry form asks for your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code and a description of your inquiry. It also records the page you submitted from, the page title, and the time of submission, so that an inquiry arrives with enough context to answer it. As with any request your browser makes, your IP address is sent along with the submission.
How the form is processed
The inquiry form is handled by Web3Forms, a form-processing service operated by Web3Creative. When you send the form, your browser transmits what you entered directly to Web3Forms over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Web3Forms then forwards it to our business email inbox, which is how we receive and answer it. We are responsible for the information you submit, and Web3Forms processes it on our behalf under its Data Processing Agreement.
What Web3Forms does with it
According to the Web3Forms privacy policy:
- Form submissions are stored in a database hosted by Amazon Web Services and encrypted at rest, and are deleted automatically no later than three years after they are submitted.
- Its infrastructure providers are Amazon Web Services (hosting, storage and email delivery), Cloudflare and Hetzner. Web3Forms operates from India, and these providers may process data in more than one region.
- To filter spam and abuse, it may send the IP address and email address of the person submitting a form to CleanTalk and Akismet.

What it is used for
Responding to your inquiry. Your details are not sold, and they are not used for unrelated marketing.
Analytics
Analytics is not currently enabled on this site. If it is enabled in future, it will never receive anything you type into the form — no name, email, phone number, ZIP code or message.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own.
Your information
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. That includes the copy of your submission held by Web3Forms, which we can delete from our account. Use the contact form to make that request.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page.
